SBRPA's Annual Property Management Class
This course is a must for managers, leasing agents, supervisors and rental owners. It covers:
Pre-Tenancy Issues: screening, source of income, approval/denial, and leases.
Issues During Tenancy: communication, enfocement, disability requests, VAWA (Violence against Women Act), unit entry and maintenance.
Termination of Tenancy: notices, just cause, and path of an eviction.
Post Tenancy Issues: abandonment and pre-move out inspections.
