Join SBRPA for an important in-person discussion following the December 16th City Council meeting on the Santamaria/Sneddon rent control memo and the City Administrator’s recommendations. We will review what happened at the meeting, break down the decisions Council made, and discuss what these outcomes mean for small housing providers in Santa Barbara.
