Chris Agnoli

Chris Agnoli is the Broker/Owner of Sun Coast Real Estate and Chris Agnoli Property Management. Chris spends a good majority of his free time volunteering in the Real Estate community. In 2007 he served as the President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors (SBAOR) Board of Directors, and in 2012 was the President of the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association (SBRPA). Chris has been awarded Realtor of the Year from the SBAOR as well as the SBAOR Honorary Member for Life in 2020.

Chris has been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years and specializes in anything Real Estate from Residential or Commercial to Multi-Family sales. Chris also served as a mediator settling Tenant and Landlord disputes for the City of Santa Barbara Rental Housing Mediation Task force for eight years, two of which he chaired. Working closely alongside Chris is his wife Tina, who has over 21 years of property management experience and heads up the property management division for Chris.
