 National Apartment Housing Outlook. Paula Munger, Assistant Vice President of Industry Research & Analysis, NAA, is responsible for leading research efforts on topics of importance to the industry. She gathers, analyzes and synthesizes data and information to arrive at the most meaningful and relevant insights. Her research aids NAA members in their business initiatives, as well as NAA advocacy and public relations efforts. Paula is a member of the National Association for Business Economics, The Counselors of Real Estate® and the Urban Land Institute. 

Local Real Estate Market & Trends. SBRPA member Steve Golis is a principal and founder of Santa Barbara’s Radius Commercial Real Estate Group. Since 1979, he has been involved in all aspects of marketing residential income and multi-family property on the Central Coast. Steve will share his insights and analysis to help get our lives and livelihoods back on track for success (and sanity) in 2021. 

Induction of Board Members & Award Presentation. SBRPA President Betty Jeppesen is a broker with Sun Coast Real Estate and has 38 years’ experience in real estate, contract, aircraft leasing law and civil litigation; as well as over 20 years’ experience in direct commercial leasing management and contract law. She will close the meeting  with the Presentation of SBRPA's George Stevens Memorial Award.
