A Guide to the Member Directory and Member Compass
Two main member features of the new SBRPA website are the Membership Directory and the Member Compass. These features are a part of our association management software, Novi AMS. Find out more information about these features below, as well as some answers to commonly asked website questions.
Business Partner Directory
We encourage you to utilize the Business Partner Directory when trying to locate another SBRPA member, or searching for a specific service. Using Quick Search allows you to type a few letters of a company's name. If you're looking for a specific category or service, use the Filter function in the dropdown menu to filter by Member Type.
The Member Compass
The Member Compass allows you to view and pay for open invoices, update the contact information on your profile, view event registrations, and more! As soon as you log into the website, you’ll be redirected to your Member Compass. From here you can check your membership status and access additional membership information such as upcoming events and the latest industry news.
Access Levels: Any logged in user can see their Dashboard, their membership status, update personal profile information, view current or past event registrations, and see orders and transactional history. You may see company information depending on your access level.
- You can update Company information if you are the Primary Contact , Billing Contact, or have been granted Management Access. With this permission level you can add or remove staff, update contact information, and custom fields (if applicable). Contact us for assistance if your Company Name needs to be updated.
Dashboard: Click the Dashboard tab at any time to go to the main screen.
The dashboard page shows the current number of upcoming events you’re registered for and how many outstanding invoices you have. Note: if you are not registered for any upcoming events or do not have outstanding invoices, the corresponding box does not display.
Account History: Pay or print open invoices, view receipts and past transactions.
My Events: Displays upcoming events that you are registered to attend. Add the event to your calendar using the link to the right of the event.
My Orders: If you've made any purchase of products, those orders display here.
Profile: Update your profile information in this tab! Changes made here will update what appears on your individual directory listing. Upload your headshot, links to social media profiles, and any other information you’d like to share with other Santa Barbara Rental Property Association members.
Login & Password: Need to update your password? Easily update your login credentials here.
Payment Methods: Update your saved payment methods here.
Company: If you see the word Company, your account has access to update the Company profile. Use this section to update the company contact information, website, logo, address, and description. Changes made here update your company's Member Directory listing.
Staff: If you see the word Staff, you have the ability to update the staff of the Company.
Note, if you need to update the Company name, contact us for assistance.

How do I view my open invoices? Your Member Compass is the place to view open invoices and your payment history. If you’re a Primary Contact, Billing Contact, or have management access, you’ll also be able to view transactions billed to the company and other related contacts.
